Booking Requests & Approval
All stays at La Casita are subject to approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request at our discretion.
Guest Information
Guests are required to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request.
Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests approved in the reservation are permitted on the property unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Use of Property
La Casita is intended for residential use only. Parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted without prior approval.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property at all times.
Pets
One small pet may be permitted, subject to prior approval.
Respect for Property & Neighborhood
Guests are expected to respect the property, its contents, and the surrounding neighborhood at all times.
Access & Security
Secure access instructions will be provided. Sharing access codes or allowing unauthorized entry is not permitted.
Liability
La Casita is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if these terms are not followed or if inaccurate information is provided.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while protecting the availability of La Casita.
Within 7 days of booking confirmation
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within this period.
After 7 days of booking confirmation
A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
Within 7 days prior to check-in
No refunds will be issued.
High-Demand Periods
During high-demand dates, including major events such as the World Cup or similar events, all bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
